With over 20 years of experience in the industry, William has been building and riding bikes for as long as he can remember. From working as a bike messenger to commuting, mountain biking, CX, and gravel riding, if it has two wheels, he has probably ridden it. His approach to running a bike shop revolves around the belief that quality products save you time, money, and possibly even your life. This is why he only stocks products that he has personally ridden and trusts enough to stand by.
